Because we bring you products from all around the world we try to ensure that no matter how many products you are purchasing that we get it to you as quickly and as cost effectively as possible.

Our basic shipping rates are set at $14.99 and you will never be charged in excess of this amount for your shipping. We offer Free Shipping site wide when you spend
$100 CDN or more before taxes and wave the $14.99 Shipping Charges.

Delivery times will vary from product to product but rest assured we do our best to track and get you your order in a timely manner. Because we track your order and provide tracking details you will know where your product is at any given time.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 14 calendar days of receiving your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way. Refunds are processed once we have received the returned item. After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase.

For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 14 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund. If anything is unclear or you have more questions feel free to contact our customer support team
